Ep 82; Coping with Loneliness

About this episode

Send a text

After my divorce, I had a really hard time coping with the feelings of loneliness.  I was even a little bit afraid of being alone when my mind started running away from me with thoughts like "you'll be alone for the rest of your life" or "only losers end up being alone" (neither are true!).

Over the years, I've learned a thing or two about coping with loneliness and I'm sharing my insights in this episode.

You'll learn:

  • why it's totally normal to have a hard time with being alone
  • a few reasons why your fear of being alone, or resisting your feelings of loneliness is SO hard
  • A few things you can do to overcome your fear of being alone
