This method goes beyond the principles of organic gardening by emphasizing the restoration and rejuvenation of the garden's soil, biodiversity, and overall ecological balance. The main goal of regenerative gardening is not only to produce healthy and sustainable crops but also to create a garden that contributes to the healing of the planet by capturing carbon, improving soil structure, and increasing water retention.
