EP 78: A Message from the Heart

Lyndsay and Shannon are dropping in to give you a little personal update. If you are driving or just not in a good headspace to hear heavy news please skip this and come back to it at a better time. A few months ago Lyndsay found a lump in one of her breast and has since been diagnosed with breast cancer. They wanted to come on and give you an update and thank you for the support. . They will continue to update on this journey when found appropriate. They will be continuing the podcast as normal but are just asking for some grace and that it might be more Shannon at times as Lyndsay is trying to balance something already so unpredictable. Again they thank you and are so appreciative for each and everyone of you.
