本週專訪的是我種出理想伴侶工作坊的學生幼穎, 她是一位醫美的諮詢顧問. 在幼稚園因為外表被嘲笑, 加上媽媽也嫌她不夠漂亮和太胖, 小小年紀就設定以後一定要透過醫美成為美女.
16歲開始打工賺取做醫美的費用, 一路整形到24歲. 花了300多萬的整型費用, 變成一位網美主播. 本以為變美後就可以得到自信, 喜歡自己, 沒想到卻越來越空虛, 越來越恐懼與人接觸.
透過身心靈的課程, 開啟了自我探索之路. 透過這兩年的學習及調整, 讓25歲的幼穎, 不僅擁有美麗的外表, 也擁有一顆真正自信及富足的內心.
