I love great conversations!  It feels awesome to listen and be heard.  I love walking away feeling like I learned something and contributed.  We are better friends now because of that interaction.  HOWEVER, not all conversations go that way.  In fact, many times they aren't rewarding at all!  Why is that?  Well, it turns out, there is a big difference in the elements of a good conversation verses a bad one.  To help illustrate that, this episode will ask you to visualize a pocket full of balloons.  As you blow one up and extend it, that is like adding something to a conversation.  What happens next will make all the difference!
