多年前，美國有一位小女孩Crystal Owens，帶著「為什麼Oreo掰開時不能讓內餡的奶油平均分配」這樣的疑問長大。
為了解決這個問題，她努力不懈用功讀書，終於成為MIT的「博士班」學生！
Owens將Oreo餅乾放到流變儀上，進行了各項標準的「流變學」測試。
實驗結果是即便是MIT實驗室的精密儀器，也無法駕馭Oreo！
不管用什麼方法，夾心的奶油，就是無法平均分配給兩片餅乾。
