About this episode
SPOILER ALERT: It was because I lacked self-love.
It is said that a smart person learns from their mistakes, but a truly wise person learns from the mistakes of others. Take it from me: poor self-worth and a lack of self-love will lead you nowhere good fast. It fuels addictions, leads to self-sabotage, weakens physical and emotional health and can keep you stuck on this hamster wheel of seeking externally to fill an inner void.
This episode is all about understanding how a lack of self-love holds you back and what you can do to change that. It is about delving directly into the causes, not wasting your time treating symptoms. It is about creating deep & lasting personal transformation and accessing inner freedom, joy and peace.
