我剛開始學拳擊時，
打完沙袋，
回去手抖了一整天。
後來阿燁教練
教我拿啞鈴打空拳，
雙手各拿一公斤啞鈴揮拳，
不到一分鐘，
我手累到快舉不起來。
教練說他以前拳擊隊
都是拿五公斤啞鈴練空拳，
我嚇到下巴都掉下來了。
正因為開始學拳擊，
我特別佩服拳擊手，
他們訓練時所吃的苦，
一般人絕對難以想像。
