About this episode
Growing up in Sweden, Marcus found alcohol to be ever-present. From his first sip of wine at 11 to partying at 13, it seemed as if alcohol was the answer. And Marcus kept turning to it for fun, relaxation, comfort, and pain relief. However, his relationship with alcohol and with himself didn’t bring him peace. He joins Annie Grace to discuss his long journey to finding freedom from alcohol, his experience in overcoming alcohol-induced anxiety, and how curiosity can be the key to finding solace.
