Hello Do-Badders!

In this week's episode we catch up with the guys and what they've been up to. 

There's lots of discussion about Doug the Beard which mainly focuses on his Beard but does sometimes stray onto his offer of a race for Jody. 

A majority of this episode centres around David giving Jody advice for Jody's first Obstacle Course race. That obstacle course race is unlikely to be a Tough Mudder or Spartan but it could be anything from a Dirty Dozen to Judgement Day to Survival of the Fittest to Wolf Run to a Nuts Challenge. Maybe. Could be anything. 

Anyway, after giving some genuinely useful advice the guys turn their attention to apologies for factual errors and apologies for past Strava accidental racism which David has since effectively rebranded to an incredible name.
