About this episode
On this week's episode, I talk about what it means to be courageous and bold.
The word bold means to show the ability to take risks; courageous, confident. Being bold is to have the courage to overpower your fear and do the thing you're afraid of. Being bold sometimes is necessary for growth.
In this episode, I talk about ways fears can show up to keep you stuck in your safe place, otherwise known as your comfort zone as well as some ways you can create new, more courageous habits to replace the fear-based patterns.
