Unemployment recently came in at 5.2% but is even higher in Auckland which is the powerhouse of New Zealand's economic activity, this is grim reading for many but others thought it would be higher. In this podcast we try to work out wether it will go any higher, and what we all need to be thinking about. Maybe its time for us business owners to increase our hiring.
