Hi, I'm Chingitann and you're listening to Ching Positive Podcast, where I aim to equip you to become wonty and debt-free.

Today, we're going to talk about this so close to... Every heart of every Filipino. Let's talk about our breadwinners. What are your breadwinners doing? What are your breadwinners doing? Maybe this is you. You can learn from your parents. You can learn from your family. You have a lot of money. You have a goal. And you do it with reading with love and dedication. But if you have a lot of money, what do you think? What do you think? What do you think? What do you think of your future family? If you have a lot of money, what do you think? So today, we are going to talk about something that is very un-sensitive.

The hidden pressure of being a breadwinner, that we can't even eat. Because if we don't have money, it depends on us. At the same time, we're going to talk about how helping someone can sometimes become a burden. In business, blessing, you have a lot of money. And last but not the least, in this episode, we're going to talk about how can you support your family without sacrificing your own future so that you can post them this episode. So first, let's talk about the big white elephant who doesn't like breadwinners. The silent pressure. Being a breadwinner carries many kinds of pressure. That many people don't see. From the outside, you can say, okay, you're okay. It's okay. It's okay. It's okay. It's okay. It's okay. It's responsible. It's okay. It's just a joke. But it's okay. Helping family is something that you can be proud of. But it's quite... It's quite killer. Oh-oh.

Your pressure to be able to provide the pressure to live up to the expectation of others, the pressure of pleasing people. But it's not easy. It's not easy. Bread, groceries, bills, medicine, tuition fee, emergency. Especially, when you become a breadwinner family, you're supposed to support each other. Of course, your extended family, which is referred to your parents, or to your siblings. And sometimes, you're supposed to be like a woman. It's okay. It's okay. It's okay. It's okay. It's okay. But, Dandan, you're realizing something. You feel stuck. Your life is not moving forward. And then, Dandan, must be able to provide the money to you. Now, let me tell you this truth, and the truth will set you free. Helping other people is good. But there's a point when helping becomes financially dangerous. What do you mean? Helping family is not actually the problem. The problem is,

when you're helping becomes unlimited, well, and boundaries, well, and a structure, well, and a long-term plan. Like, for example, every month, you're supposed to help each other. But, you're not supposed to help each other. It's okay. You're supposed to work hard. When you emergency, you're supposed to have a problem. You're here to the rescue. But, you know, emergency is very difficult. So, what do you think? You become a permanent solution to all of their problems. And because of that, you should always help each other. You should keep your plans. That's why you're always here. You should take care of each other. And the patient comes to you. The patient, has a very good plan. You should always take care of each other. The patient comes to you. He is the person who has hard time. The person who has hard time. He's hard to help. You need to know that you're trying to help each other. No, it's not possible to help yourself. For example, just like what I'm doing right now. I'm not doing this out of obligation. It's on podcasts

NATO. I'm doing this because out of abundance. I'm so full, so I want to share with other people. If I myself is in La Ang here, I will move on on podcasts. Do you agree? Can I? It's the only thing I can say to you. Para ma'ayus natin to once and for all, they want to fix this. Give me a nod. Let me tell you the truth and also helping others without boundaries will destroy your future. So the question right now. Sili Chinki is still one I help. Yes, let's balance this. Maybe it'll consider a model. Maybe this is a healthier approach. Number one, support and limit. Dimitlam. Deba, decide how much you can help on a monthly basis without harming your own financial progress. The summer one. Second, start building your own financial foundation. I mean, build number one. Again, emergency fall number two. Magi punka para sa negocio. Then after that, magi punka para mag invest. You know, so if you become financially capable and stable, you'll be able to help more people

in the future. But if you burn out financially right now, no, no, come on. You drag everyone down. Yang, I just want to encourage you to grow. Okay. Helping someone improve their income or have it's just more powerful than constant what rescue. So if you really want to help your dependents, I'm not incapable. Teach them how to fish. So they live for a lifetime. So you know what? Send this bogeymani sent to podcast NATO. Send other podcasts that probably can help them inspire them. If not a month, send them my books. I have lots of books. Gave them gifts, right? So that they can help them change their mindset. I know you're enclosing being a breadwinner is a role. Not a lot of people are going to be able to do it. But but but but helping families should not mean sacrificing your entire future. Because you deserve a good life. You deserve stability.

You deserve to build your future. That's the challenge. Because this week, think that we monthly financial expense more and support more. Okay. It's time for you to create healthier boundaries. So if you're having a hard time to do, Chingi, where do I start? Allow me to help you to help you do a financial reset. If you need a financial reset, I can help you to do a financial reset in five days in five days. Let me guide you. Let me coach you to reset your finances.
