Teaching you on how to save budget, get out of your business and get your money. Let me tell you something straight. If your money decisions depend on your feedings, your wallet will suffer. Keep budget, get out of debt and invest. Let's get into the episode.
Either just Chingtan, you're Pambansang World Cup. Welcome to Ching Positive. Today, I want to talk to you about something uncomfortable but powerful discipline. You know, the best thing is that you decide to invest but after a few days or a few weeks, nothing. You decide to invest, but you decide to go back to your shopping habits. Or maybe, as I said before, you can do it, but the key is to invest. If that is you, you know what, you are not alone. Most people fail not because of the lack of financial knowledge. It's because they rely only on motivation. The problem is that motivation is emotional. Emotions can disappear. They were from time to time. But discipline is consistent and structural. So today, we will talk about why motivation fades. How discipline actually fails wealth over time? And one simple rule that you can really start this week. So you can put your podcasts on this.
So let's talk about motivation. Motivation is a temporary thing. You know the feeding. It's like you're watching a motivational video. You're inspired. You're inspired. You feel fired up. Promise yourself starting tomorrow. You're going to be like me. You're going to be like me. You're going to be like me. And three days later. You're going to be like me. You're going to be like me. You're craving. Suddenly, the motivation disappears. Here's the sad rule. And you and I need to accept. It's an another experience call. Motivation can start the journey and start the journey. But discipline continues it. They were very important and you want to build wealth. Don't wake up excited one day. You wake up making a decision to commit. Again, everybody say commit. So once you commit, where do you commit? You commit to discipline because discipline protects your future. Let me explain the discipline in a very simple way.
You discipline is doing something that you don't want to do even if you don't feel like doing it. The same way once you are disciplined, your future self will think the present you. Right? So, for example, the person who knows you really well. I'm just a kid. But you know, the discipline is like, what do I do to help you? Or what do I do to help you? Or what do I do to help you? Or what do I do to help you? Or what do I do to help you? Or what do I do to help you? Or what do I do to help you? Or what do I do to help you? Or what do I do to help you? Or what do I do to help you? Or what do I do to help you? Or what do I do to help you? Or what do I do to help you? Or what do I do to help you? Or what do I do to help you? Or what do I do to help you? Or what do I do to help you? Or what do I do to help you? Or what do I do to help you? Or what do I do to help you?
Or what do I do to help you? But it's really protection. That's what we're looking for. That's it. What is the rule that we're looking for? Just like I promise you, in terms of changing your spending habit in order to help you and preserve your income. So I want to give you one simple rule this week. This is what because as the 24 or the 48-hour rule, okay, if you want to buy something that is not really part of your budget, it's not a necessity. We can take it out of the day. Okay, no instant buying, no emotional buying, most of the time after one day or two days, it's really hard. It's really hard if you don't know what to do. So after 24 or 48 hours, if you still want it, okay, then the next question is, do you want to go to the budget? Do you know what? What's the impact on this long term? So once you start thinking and reflecting, not only in the past,
but also in the past, discipline is not about being perfect, but discipline is about slowing down your impulse. Again, I'm not telling you to deprive yourself, I'm just telling you to be wise in your purchases. And that's for today's episode. Your financial future is not built by excitement. It's built by discipline, one decision at a time. So again, I want to challenge you this week. Practice the 24 or 48 hour rule for every non-essential purchases. And then, don't forget, I'm just telling you, I'm not going to buy this. This cost, let's say, 500 pesos. I'm not going to buy this. Just check more in one month, save more, and multiply more by 12. You'll be shocked and surprised how much money you have saved. So guys, if this episode help you, share it with someone who struggles with impulse spending, and make sure to subscribe so that we can grow together.
