About this episode
A horrific training accident in 2017 may have left Australia's Lauren Parker without the use of her legs, but it did nothing to dim her burning desire to win. Thanks to her best friend and training partner Brad Fernley, within months she was on the Commonwealth Games podium, and just two years later she became the World Paratriathlon Champion in the PTWC category. In true fashion, Parker now sees the Tokyo 2020 delay as an opportunity... to seek to qualify in not just one, but three sports.
