Ep. 4151 Another Democrat Just Got ARRESTED for Election Fraud!!!

All right, we are seeing yet another Democrat politician getting arrested. This is a pattern that we've been seeing all across the country of late. Corrupt Democrats are finally, finally being held accountable. Like leftist Heidi Byrich, she's the former head of the ultra liberal Southern Poverty Law Center's so-called intelligence project. She was just arrested in California for allegedly funneling donor money into fictitious accounts. We got Hawaii's lieutenant governor, Sylvia Luke.

2:06She's the second highest Democrat in the entire state. She was just indicted on 12 felony counts, including criminal conspiracy to commit bribery. Our Oakland mayor, Shang Tao, is now facing federal bribery, conspiracy, and honest services fraud charges that could put her behind bars for up to 95 years. We could go on and on. This is just the tip of the iceberg. But the latest leftist arrest has to do with election fraud. And Volsa woman by the name of Desiree Lynch of California, of course. She was running for Stockton City Council District 5. And for weeks, her campaign had been dogged by one basic question. Do you actually live in the district you're running to represent? Was it turns out the answer is apparently no. She doesn't. She didn't want the residents, however, of District 5 to know about that. So prosecutors say Lynch used a series of fake addresses to qualify for a district she

3:10doesn't even live in. Including I kid you not she used the address of a bar, Harry's cocktail lounge and another one at Doyle Garden apartments. Apparently the perjury counts weren't a one time slip either. Prosecutors tied specific charges to documents dated on November 10th of 2025, February 5th, and March 2nd of this year, meaning according to the DA that she kept the line going for months across multiple filings just to keep herself eligible to run. That's not an accident. That's not a clerical error. That's a pattern. She was booked in San Joaquin County, jail. Bail was set at $100,000 and she was later released the same day under conditions that barter from leaving the state of California without permission, like hundreds of thousands of people do every year. She's facing upwards of six years in state prison if convicted on all accounts. Now remember, according to Democrats, there is no such thing as election fraud.

4:13This isn't supposed to happen. Election fraud is a fiction fabricated by Donald Trump. That's what the legacy media and the Democrat party keep reminding us of. In fact, we're learning that even Fox News is turning a willful blind eye to this, right? We're finding out the reason Maria Bartiroma got asked from Fox. Apparently, all Maria wanted to do was report on President Trump's nationally televised address back in July, exposing precisely this election fraud. That's it. She just wanted to report on it and she was shut down by Fox executives. We do have confirmation from Peter Navarro, Trump's senior trade advisor, that Maria personally sent him a screenshot of a Fox business executives directive instructing hosts to avoid covering Trump's July speech. So Navarro is calling this a clear case of Fox News censoring not just a story, but one

5:17of the single most important issues to mega voters, which is the issue of election integrity, particularly involving the 2020 election. So this is part of a larger concern among more and more of the mega base, including Trump and self that executives at Fox are deliberately betraying the vast majority of their viewers on behalf of their own self interests. And in a populace age, the last thing you want to see is a massive gap open up between the values interest concerns of the people and your own, right? The values interest concerns of some kind of elite establishment elite because the people will rebel. They just ask Liz Cheney just ask Bill Cassidy just ask John, John Cornett, right? That's exactly what can happen to Fox, but regardless, while the legacy media ignores it, the law thankfully isn't Democrats are indeed getting arrested.

6:19They're getting indicted for bribery for money laundering for tax fraud for election rigging. We just report on Democrat mayor Brian DePenia of Massachusetts. He was arrested for allegedly stealing over $1.5 million in COVID relief money. DePenia was indicted on 11 federal counts, four counts of wire fraud, seven counts of money laundry for allegedly obtaining over $1.5 million in COVID, an economic injury disaster loans for his tire and auto business. The former New Mexico House majority leader, yes, you're right, that right. House majority leader, Cheryl Williams Stapleton, she was just found guilty on every single count she faced, 37 felony charges in total, including conspiracy to defraud the United States, five counts of federal program bribery, 13 counts of mail and honest services fraud, three counts of falsifying her tax returns and nine counts of money laundry.

7:22We can keep going. You'll fill LaVota of Missouri. You just hit with a five count federal indictment for honest services fraud, federal program bribery to travel act violations and lying to federal agents. Prosecutors actually said that back in March, LaVota cut a deal with a rival candidate, offering him an associate cushy full time county government jobs. If he do one thing, if he drop out of the race for the very office, LaVota was occupying. So he literally tried to rig his own election. I mean, we again, we could go on and on in Georgia. We now got a third Democrat state lawmaker pleading guilty to pandemic fraud this year, Representative Sharon Henderson admitted to lying about her employment status to fraudulently collect nearly $18,000 in COVID unemployment benefits and filing false certifications, even after she was sworn into office. But all of this is ultimately nothing because there's still one Democrat, perhaps the most

What we're witnessing in these Democrats' arrests across the country is part of a larger pattern of prosecutors at the state and local level, finally treating rampant fraud as a serious crime it actually is, regardless of who's committing it. Nowhere is that cracking foundation more visible right now than in Minnesota. President Trump's Justice Department has charged nearly 100 defendants in connection with the state's sprawling social welfare fraud networks, including the infamous Feeding Our Future scheme, and more than 90 of those defendants have already been convicted.

12:37Feeding our Future Founder Amy Bach alone was sentenced to 42 years in prison in order to pay over 240 million dollars in restitution for orchestrating a scheme that drained a quarter of a billion dollars meant to feed hungry children during the pandemic. And the DOJ isn't stopping there. Federal prosecutors have issued over 1700 subpoenas. They've executed more than 130 search warrants, and they doubled the number of attorneys assigned to Minnesota fraud cases while investigating potential fraud tied to housing stabilization services, autism intervention programs, and Medicaid providers all across the state. But let's circle back to California because this rampant pattern of corruption is threatening to destroy none other than Gavin Newsom's political career. His own chief of staff, Dana Williams, just pleaded guilty in May to conspiracy to commit

13:42bank and wire fraud, filing a false tax return, and lying to the FBI. She admitted to siphoning $225,000 from a dormant campaign account, and she's hardly an outlier when it comes to Newsom. Newsom's public works director, Mohammed Nuru, he's serving seven years for a bribery and kickback racket. His judicial appointee, Tom Girardi, is doing 87 months from bezeling from injured clients. And his former homelessness advisor is serving 42 months all part of what one investigation dubbed Newsom's circle of corruption. Corrupt Democrats are finally being held accountable. And that reckoning isn't stopping at city councilmen or state reps. It's climbing straight up to the men and women who thought that they had built themselves untouchable, even perhaps the most powerful Democrat out there in California. The swamp thought it had decades left to run out the clock.
