Ep 40 - Reviewing Golovkin vs Derevyanchenko, Spence vs Porter

In Episode 40, we review the fights of Gennady Golovkin vs Sergiy Derevyanchenko and Errol Spence Jr vs Shawn Porter.  Despite Derevyanchenko's valiant efforts, Golovkin successfully defended his IBF Middleweight title by way of UD Decision, with 2 judges scoring it 115-112 and a 3rd with 114-113.  To mostly everyone's surprise, Derevyanchenko made the match-up a very tough fight for Golovkin with his countering, combinations to the body, and high rate of jabs.  Golovkin stayed the course as he landed a high percentage of power shots, one of which knocked down Derevyanchenko in the opening round.  We give our assessment of the fight as well as our thoughts on Golovkin's shaky dominance in the Middleweight division.

We also react to the news of Errol Spence Jr's unfortunate car accident that occured in the early AM hours in his hometown Dallas.  How will he fare in his 1st fight since the accident?
