Ep 4: How to Use Triggers to Accelerate Your Healing
About this episode
Triggers are probably one of the most annoying things you go through after loss or infertility diagnosis. They often sneak up on you and take over your emotions, reminding you of past painful experiences. In this episode, I share some of my techniques for actually using triggers to accelerate your healing. They can become beautiful gifts once you understand how to work with them.
If you find that you need some help working through your triggers, here are some resources I have for you:
Join me for the next Rising Higher session Wednesdays in June at 8PM ET: https://tinyurl.com/y7kswptj. This is a gathering for those who are pregnant, trying to conceive, or plan to conceive, and are experiencing stress or trauma during this time. Each week we go through exercises on stress-release, relaxation, and building resilience through this difficult time.

More About Me:
I am a Resilience Coach, Birth Doula, and Emotional Healing Guide, walking alongside women and femmes like you who've experienced womb-related loss, such as infertility, a pregnancy loss, infant loss, traumatic pregnancy or childbirth, or missed opportunity to become pregnant.
I provide support in releasing grief, shame, guilt and other heavy emotions; in restoring trust in your body; and reconnecting to your sense of wholeness—whether you're working towards your next pregnancy or your personal Rebirth. I've been recognized by the Borough of Brooklyn, New York for supporting families who've experienced pregnancy and infant loss and have the honor of being a confidante, cheerleader, guide, and space-holder for beautiful beings like you across the world.
I was born on the island of Jamaica, where I credit my love for nature, music, dancing, and belly laughs as medicine! This healing work for me is sacred, a soul-calling...and it truly is a gift to weave and be woven in this incredible tapestry with you.
