9月初有媒體報導，一名10歲墨西哥少女佩雷斯·桑切斯，三歲開始閱讀、組裝100片的拼圖，因為無法跟同年齡的同儕相處，被診斷出亞斯伯格症，也做了智商測驗，智商高達162！
在學校上課的效果不好，也無法跟同學相處，她的母親看到佩雷斯喜歡在家研究元素週期表，於是她的母親決定替佩雷斯規劃教學方針！
5歲小學畢業，6歲初中畢業，8歲高中畢業，目前10歲在CNCI大學以及墨西哥科技大學分別修習系統工程與工業工程的學位，佩雷斯想要申請美國亞利桑那大學與NASA合作的太空探索學程，希望能成為太空人！
本集除了墨西哥10歲天才少女之外，三位老師將以「前資優小學生」以及「現任資優小學生」的觀點，聊聊台灣的資優教育！
