A little more from Gretel: After years on a multi-faceted and often painful and confusing healing journey beyond separation I gained incredible insights into myself my relationships, particularly with my children, from discovering and embracing Human Design as an incredible tool to understand and love my uniqueness and the uniqueness of other more.

As a Relationship Coach + Trauma Therapist for Separated Parents, I love to incorporate it into the work I do helping parents navigate the confusion, stress and emotional roller coaster of separation, and supporting families who have experienced trauma or are dealing with mental health issues.
