Recently Crumbl Cookies was in the news as a Tik-Toker visited their store and noticed that they use box mix for their ingredients. While I love a good box mix, I understand how people can presume because you charge a certain price that maybe you bake from scratch even when you don't. However, regardless of if you are team box mix or not, my take is that it doesn't matter what you use just as long as you make a profit while making your customers happy.

So rather than jumping on the bashing bandwagon(because that's not what Baking For Business is about!) I thought we can look at what lessons we can learn from Crumbl regardless of the fact that they use a box. Because at the end of the day they have an amazing recipe for success and that is something we can all use more of.
