About this episode
In December of 1988, Susie Levan and her seven-year-old daughter, Lauren, were forced into the boot of a car for hours in the searing Florida heat. Susie's husband ,was taken to the bank to withdraw ransom money from a safe. Fighting for their lives in an airless, sweltering boot, Susie experienced a Near Death Experience (NDE), visiting heaven and coming back, from which she'd emerge a radically changed human being.
