About this episode
We're back for Part 2 of What It Is To Have A Life with some more personal stories from our own journeys of healing, wholeness, liberation, and coming into the lives we live now. We also explore what it was like to be navigating various traumas and sensitivities before really having the language for or understanding of them. What it looked like to navigate coping strategies, countering habits, big emotions, and whether we knew it or not, walk ourselves home to the center within that's always there, waiting to be discovered, nourished, and cultivated.
We also touch on it being FIVE YEARS since the world shut down for the pandemic, how we've dealt with that, and have seen others both dealing and not dealing with it. Finally, we discuss why Elizabeth hates the term "late bloomer" and Elisha loves it! As always… to each their own. Enjoy and let us know what you think!
