Chris started the company as a one man operation in 2001 and has grown the company to a team of over 40 employees with 10 million dollars in revenue. He shares his thoughts and experiences as an entrepreneur, why he intentionally held back on growing the company in the early years and how as the owner of a company he feels a weight of responsibility for his employees. It's a very open story of an entrepreneur building a business from the ground up.
