因為當一個受傷的人能夠好好的面對自己的傷口，而能夠安慰自己，是一條漫長又孤獨的路，而這其中又包含著很多受傷人覺得自己是錯誤的，其實他們比誰都怪罪自己。
我們以為自己在看一個故事而已，但是他們而言是一段傷痛的過程，光是想到都覺得窒息!!
我們要讓自己成為好的陪伴者而不是冷漠的目光。
而我們都要一起練習，面對到不舒服的對待的時候，勇敢說不，拒絕讓惡感重覆發生在你我的生活之中。
