Once gain I am delighted to have Nigel Howitt of Lawful Rebel back on the show.  Nigel's journey into research on his own health and how to look after himself and his loved ones started with learning that mercury is a deadly toxin and very dangerous to have in your teeth in the form of amalgam fillings.

We discussed that aspect of his journey, and them moved on to discussion about the great health benefits of fasting as well as touching on the benefits of colonic irrigation.
