Maureen Anderson is a wife, mother of 4, and serial racquet sports enthusiast. 

After many years of sober curiosity and making + breaking the rules around her drinking, she finally quit on August 1, 2020.

Maureen is a Recovery Coach Professional and a Gray Area Drinking Coach. She works with women who are questioning their drinking and don’t know where to start.

She aims to help smash the stigma around gray-area drinking and reach suffering women so they know they’re not alone.
