This is a dream hunt for this prairie boy. The Sandhills of Nebraska is a sacred place for those who love prairie. Many refer to this region as "The Last Prairie." It is a landscape very different from most other places you'll find. And mule deer call it home. Robie Day a fellow adult onset hunter has made this a hunt into a yearly tradition and has had the success that motivates a return trip every season. Caleb and I talk with Robie about the ins and outs of this hunt and get his advice for our own hunt coming up this season!
