Ep. 17: Kyle Has Discovered How Establishing a Goal or Preferred Outcome Helps Him Navigate Discomfort In Better Ways
About this episode
My guest Kyle is a branding and marketing strategist who finds having a goal or outcome in mind when navigating discomfort can shape the experience in better ways. He is also aware that anxiety and doing uncomfortable things go hand in hand and is little by little, leaning into the discomfort anyways, though he recognizes that we have different capacities at different times to do that.
Kyle Christensen is a seasoned marketer and brand strategist who loves to craft killer campaigns and spark engagement, with a particular expertise for storytelling on both sides of the camera. When he's not helping brands build communities, you can find Kyle spending time outside with his better half and their 3 boys. Oh, and golf. Lots of golf. You can connect more with Kyle @kyleaugust and @wyze on IG and TikTok.
