2023年諾貝爾物理獎，頒給了美國俄亥俄州立大學的 Pierre Agostini，德國 Max Planck 量子光學研究所的 Ferenc Krausz，以及瑞典隆德大學的 Anne L’Huillier。
今年得獎的原因是什麼呢？
科學家們開發了「超級快的相機快門」，快到可以捕捉到「電子如何運動」。
「原子內部電子的運動」非常的快，電子的動力學時間尺度介於一個和幾百個阿秒（attosecond, as）的數量級，一阿秒是 1/1000 飛秒，也就是「一百萬兆分之一秒」。
物理學停在「飛秒」已經很久了，光靠「改進飛秒脈衝光技術」進展有限。
想要進入「看得到電子」的阿秒等級，必須有全新的東西，也就是今年的得獎者的貢獻！
