About this episode
There isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ approach to wellness, and it’s a lesson Tinx learned as she started to live a healthier life in her 20s. On today’s episode, Tinx shares the journey she’s gone on to learn about her body, become her own advocate, and create a toolbox that allows her to live a healthy life. Wellness is about tailoring your journey to find exactly what works for you and allows you to feel in control of your body and mind – and it goes beyond diet. Wellness includes your mind, who you surround yourself with, and how you spend your time, so make sure you spend time on and with yourself so that you can build a toolkit that will allow you to live your healthiest life.
