現在台灣一堆拉麵店，喜歡吃拉麵的人可以不用特地去日本，在台灣就可以吃得到了！但有些拉麵愛好者，去日本最喜歡吃「一蘭拉麵」！一蘭拉麵是來自於日本九州的福岡，屬於九州代表性的「豚骨湯頭」。
那今天我們來聊聊「豚骨拉麵的科學」吧！
日本311 大地震已經了十年，到現在核污染的問題讓日本政府很頭痛。那「日本原子力研究開發機構」想方法解決問題。在此任職的關根由莉奈研究員，時常喜歡吃拉麵跟餃子，某天她邊吃拉麵時突然靈機一動，豬骨、牛骨具有吸附金屬的能力，如果找到處理方式，可以簡單又大量的處理這些骨頭成為除污劑，就可以解決輻射污染！
