In this episode I spoke with Isabel Firecracker (obviously not her last name) about her journey with her family history with mental health issues. How she has dealt with this since she was an adolescent and how she goes against what is supposed to be normal according to our society standards. Now she is a life coach and helping other women who are trying to understand themselves on a deeper level to the point that they chose to be Child Free.
