記得求學時代的我們, 總是非常在意自己的分數和成績. 有些孩子甚至怕成績不好被處罰, 走上了作弊或是說謊欺騙父母的那條路.
所有的父母都是愛孩子的, 而一切的要求都是為了讓孩子的將來更好, 擁有光明的人生. 殊不知成績不代表在社會上的作為和表現, 重要的是理解和解決問題的能力. 我的好朋友美堅透過在教會和書中的學習, 一起和先生討論出孩子能力的養成比成績更重要. 雖然老二在學校的成績很少及格過, 但是在專訪時卻很有自信的提到: 國中時我雖然成績不好, 卻能代表畢業生致詞!
職場競爭力並不始於在校成績, 解決問題和面對挫折的能力, 才是成長中更重要的關鍵因子.
