About this episode
Being masculine is an earned title. Some people just have it, some people have to work hard for it, and when you have it you know it and you know everyone else knows it too. Being macho describes someone who wants to be masculine but hasn't earned the title. He has some idea of what it looks like to be masculine but he doesn't know how to get there, yet, so he puts on a front.
Join, Nicky Billou and Ilan Muallem as they expose machoism for what it is, restore masculinity to its rightful place, and consider some of the consequences of associating men with macho. Also covered are how Martial Arts like Brazilian Jiujitsu and Kyokushin can bring you to your breaking point, where your inner masculinity lives.
Take Away:
- How to find quiet, calm confidence.
- How to honour your woman.
- How to be responsible to your community of boys and men.
