This episode talks about why I am starting this podcast and why it's called Metafit Metamind. In spanish meta means goal. But how does one even make one? It all starts from where we come from and our stories. En este episodio hablo de porque estoy empezando este podcast y porque se llama Metafit Metamind. Todos sabemos que significa la palabra meta. Pero como es que hacemos una? Todo comienza de donde venimos y de nuestra historia. In the hispanic community and I am sure other communities the conversation about mental and physical health is almost taboo. It's not a normal conversation and people start to judge us depending on the topic. En la comunidad hispana y posiblemente otra comunidades, la conversacion de la salud fisical y mental es casi tabu. No es una conversacion normal en hablar sobre estos temas y si empezamos a hacerlo los que queremos y otros nos empiezan a jusgar . This podcast will be about sharing stories, talk about how we were experiencing something, how we were coping, and how we are now. We are making all these conversations about the importance of Mental and Physical health a normal subject. Este podcast sera sobre uno compartiendo nuestras historias, hablaremos de nuestras experiencias, como vivimos por eso, y como estamos hoy en dia.
