0:00Have you seen like an international? You see them, they look so promising. And then all of a sudden, they're no longer in the game or they're at lower level. Some form of distraction is taken over. They've not fulfilled their potential. And then two, three years down the line, you're just like, that boy was playing for England. What the heck has happened to him? No. That happened to you, you could get a bad injury. And sometimes you could be at one club doing really well, playing really well, full of confidence so you're getting a picture along the England pathway. New manager comes, different way of playing, doesn't fancy you. Your confidence goes, now you're in the reserves. Now you're not playing well. And before you know it, you're being released. So it can happen that quickly. But confidence is a big thing in football, then. Confidence is a big thing in everything.
