He: שוק מחנה יהודה היה מלא חיים.
En: Shuk Machane Yehuda was full of life.

He: ריחות של גבינות ועוגות חג העצרת התפזרו באוויר.
En: The scents of cheeses and agudat hag ha'atzaret cakes wafted through the air.

He: המולת הקונים והמוכרים נסחפה ברוח הקלה של סוף האביב.
En: The bustling of buyers and sellers was swept away in the light breeze of late spring.

He: אליאור התהלך בין הדוכנים, מתבונן בצבעים והקולות שסביבו.
En: Elior walked among the stalls, observing the colors and sounds around him.

He: בתוך כל ההמולה הזו, הוא חיפש משהו פנימי—סגירת מעגל.
En: In all this hustle and bustle, he was searching for something internal—a sense of closure.

He: תמר, שהייתה עסוקה בקריירת הכתיבה שלה, יצאה לקנות מצרכים לכתבה על הכנות לחג השבועות.
En: Tamar, who was busy with her writing career, had gone out to buy ingredients for an article on preparations for Chag Shavuot.

En: As she wandered between the stalls, she suddenly saw Elior.

En: They stopped by a cheese stall.

He: "שלום, תמר," אמר אליאור.
En: "Hello, Tamar," said Elior.

He: הקול שלו היה רך אך מעורר.
En: His voice was soft yet stirred emotions.

He: היא חייכה חיוך חסר דאגות, אך ליבה הייתה סוער במבוכה.
En: She gave a carefree smile, but her heart was stormy with embarrassment.

He: "היי, אליאור," היא ענתה.
En: "Hi, Elior," she replied.

He: "לא חשבתי לפגוש אותך כאן."
En: "I didn’t think I’d meet you here."

He: הם נעמדו במקום, מתבוננים זה בזה.
En: They stood in place, gazing at each other.

He: העבר כבד ביניהם, עדיין לא נעלם.
En: The past was heavy between them, not yet vanished.

He: הם הלכו יחד בין הדוכנים, בלי לדעת בדיוק מה לומר עד שלבסוף אליאור עצר את הצעדים שלהם.
En: They walked together among the stalls, not knowing exactly what to say until finally, Elior stopped their steps.

He: "אני צריך לדבר איתך," אמר ברצינות.
En: "I need to talk to you," he said seriously.

He: הם עמדו בצד, ליד דוכן שמכר עוגות גבינה.
En: They stood aside, near a stall selling cheesecake.

He: "אני עדיין חושב על מה שהיה בינינו," המשיך אליאור.
En: "I’m still thinking about what was between us," Elior continued.

He: "אני צריך לדעת אם אתה היית הבחירה הנכונה."
En: "I need to know if you were the right choice."

He: תמר הביטה בו.
En: Tamar looked at him.

He: "לפעמים גם אני תוהה אם קיבלתי את ההחלטה הנכונה," היא לחשה, מרשה לעצמה רגע קטן של כנות.
En: "Sometimes I also wonder if I made the right decision," she whispered, allowing herself a small moment of honesty.

He: "אני בחרתי להיות כאן, עכשיו, עם העבודה שלי.
En: "I chose to be here, now, with my work.

He: אבל תמיד יש מקום לשאלות."
En: But there’s always room for questions."

He: הדוכנים מסביבם המשיכו לתפקד בקול רם, אך לרגע, היה שקט ביניהם.
En: The stalls around them continued to operate loudly, but for a moment, there was silence between them.

He: "אני אסיים את מה שהתחלנו," אמרה תמר, מחייכת, "בדרכי שלי."
En: "I will finish what we started," Tamar said, smiling, "in my own way."

He: הם נפרדו בתחושת הבנה.
En: They parted with a sense of understanding.
