Embracing Pain As An Alchemical Catalyst

Catalina is a certified Life Coach and shamanic practitioner who guides individuals through a transformative journey of self-exploration, personal development, and spiritual expansion.

As a powerful alchemist, Catalina assists her clients in shifting from self-limiting beliefs and old conditioning to reawakening to their purest divine essence, enabling them to live authentically and access their unlimited potential.

After losing her dad at 21, she went on a journey of deep depression, which became the catalyst for her spiritual awakening. She explored different mystical and holistic methods for self-healing and the expansion of consciousness, including hypnosis, Reiki, EFT Tapping, family constellations, Vipassana meditation, Toltec wisdom, and self-development courses like the Landmark Forum.

She discovered plant medicine back in 2012, which became the doorway to wisdom and remembrance of her natural shamanic gifts.

Since then, she has devoted her life to the continuous expansion of consciousness, reverence for Mother Earth and life, and helping her clients awaken their inner truth.

Currently, she is being called to bring awareness to womb wisdom and healing, helping women reawaken their creatrix power and center of consciousness. When a woman heals herself, she heals all the women before her and all the future ones, creating a ripple effect of love, awareness, and presence for herself and the collective.

As a mother of a 13-year-old daughter, she deeply enjoys conscious connections, philosophical conversations, somatic movement, music, being in nature, and being fully present to all those around her.
