Egbuka Tops Fox Sports' NFL Draft Rankings

0:00On April 16th, Fox Sports just dropped their rankings for the top players from the 2025 NFL draft class and leading the pack is Tampa, Bay Buccaneer's wide-out Emica Egbuca, their first round pick at number 19 overall. As a rookie, Egbuca topped the team with 63 receptions for 938 yards and finished as a finalist for offensive rookie of the year. Coming out of Ohio State, known as Wide Receiver U, this Tacoma native rewrote the record books as their all-time receiving leader with 200. Five catches and earned team captain honors in his senior year. Scouts rave about his maturity, comparing him straight to Chris Godwin, a reliable, well-rounded pro who looked 35 years old at the combine. He stepped up big during injuries to Mike Evans and Godwin, snagging offensive rookie of the month for September after back to back 100 yard games. With touchdowns and now with Evans gone, he's locked in as the Buccaneer's full-time number one receiver.
