E72| Season 1 Rested Woman Conversations with Alyssa Aaron

About this episode

Episode 72 - Rested Woman Conversation with Alyssa Aaron

In this 30-minute episode, I sit down and chat with Alyssa Aaron. Alyssa is a stay-at-home mom, yoga teacher, & maker. In this episode, Alyssa & I talk about the exhaustion of mothering and the magic of yoga nidra. In her words, "I really started doing yoga nidra after my daughter was born. Yoga nidra is what helped me to come back to myself and to really get that deep rest that I was not getting with sleep." She also shares that she tracks her sleep with a smartwatch and that she gets the best quality of rest during a yoga nidra session. Alyssa shares more mothering wisdom and all about her love of yoga nidra in this episode.

The Wisdom for Women from Yoga & Ayurveda Podcast is sponsored by the Easeful Yoga Collective(EYC). The EYC is a yoga & yoga nidra membership and on-demand yoga resource library for overwhelmed, stressed-out, exhausted woman caregivers. Each month we align, flow, explore, restore & rest around a central theme. Join the live classes or practice with the recordings from anywhere. To learn more or register: Easeful Yoga Collective.
