Happy 2022! In Episode 65, Gil & Gene discuss how the Retire There podcast has evolved in 2021. Specifically, they chat about what they have learned from their guests, themselves, and where they think they’ve agreed to retire.

1. Retire There with Gil & Gene won a 2021 Golden Crane Award for Best Society & Culture podcast by the Asian American Podcast Association.
2. They were invited to and appeared on Wes Moss’ podcast Retire Sooner. It’s  Episode 52, Selecting your ideal retirement location with Gilen Chan and Gene Preudhomme, released on September 27, 2021.
3. They were featured in an article, Looking for Paradise on the Rutgers University Alumni Association website, published on March 8, 2021.
4. One of their guests, Karen McCann of Seville, Spain, wrote a great article about Gil & Gene, Where To Retire: One Couple's Ingenious Way To Figure It Out.
