It is important to understand what transferable value the product or service is going to have. Sometimes you need to break things down to push forward. It is very hard for a lot of business founders to do this, but you have to accept what is in your control and what's not. Sometimes things are outside of your control and you must go above and beyond your comfort zone to push the company forward.
