E191: Jono Adam: Preparing for British Trials in Australia

Jonathan 'Jono' Adam, is a Bath Performance Centre swimmer as well as a double LEN Under 23 Champion. At the 2024 British Swimming Championships, he will be heading into the 100m Backstroke as the second-fastest seed.
