Can you afford a beautiful waterfront home with a pool? Rob Teichman and Roy Bickford sought to retire comfortably in such a place. They landed in Chelem, Mexico, a small fishing village on a barrier Island on the Gulf of Mexico. Although they reside in a small village, the larger town of Progreso is a mere 6 miles away and the vibrant city of Merida is only 32 miles away. Rob and Roy purchased a large home and turned it into a beautiful bed and breakfast.
