E181 - Ellie Challis Preparing for Paris Paralympics 2024

About this episode

This week on the Propulsion Swimming Podcast, we are speaking to British Para-Swimming Star, Ellie Challis.

At last summer's World Para-Swimming Championships in Manchester Ellie won a massive 6 medals including 3 gold for British Swimming.

We speak with Ellie about how her dad taught her to swim at aged 8, why it's important for representation of the lower classifications in para sport, and her thoughts on the recently announced British Swimming Trials 2024 which have been revealed as a combined able-bodied and para meet.

Along with, of course, looking forward to the Paris Paralympics 2024.
