KEY TAKEAWAYS
Fire in the belly to Ollie, is just life. Living and loving what he does every day is what gives him his fire.
Ollie hasn’t always been as healthy as he is now. He used to drink and smoke quite a lot but he got to a stage where he decided to stop. He changed his life day by day.
Happiness is out there for everyone. It’s different for every single one of us, you just have to look for it.
We often look for a certain reason or cause for depression but sometimes it can be hereditary, a simple imbalance in the brain or even be down to lack of direction.
Ollie finds that fitness and nutrition give him a purpose and an outlet and this is why they helped him with his own depression. He believes that depression is always there but it’s finding a way of managing it.
Sometimes difficult things happen, but they have to so that the good things can happen after.
Growing vegetables and cooking is a really important part of Ollie’s life. He gets so much out of the work he puts into both and has passed this onto his daughter.
