According to investigators, Dugger was with a nine-year-old girl at the time, and the incidents came to light after she spoke out recently. Meanwhile, the Dugger family has dealt with scandals before. His older brother Josh is serving a 12-and-a-half-year sentence for possessing child pornography convicted back in 2021. Josh also admitted years earlier to molesting sisters in the family as a teen. The now 14-year-old victim shared details in a forensic interview, leading to charges of lewd and lascivious behavior with someone under 12. Officials say Dugger apologized after the alleged events.
