Is there anyone in your life who you would like to see change or improve? Pretty much everyone, right?! Some people we know could benefit from making major changes while it's more about minor improvements for others. So, how do you help people make those changes?

In episode 31, I share what I've learned works best in helping others change. It might be an employee, a boss, a spouse, a child, or a friend. Most of us interact with the people around us in a way that discourages, rather than accelerates, the change that's needed.
