Welcome to Your Top True Crime Hobb for the Variety and Episodes you're looking for. Enjoy. Ellen, I'm Feltz, right? Yeah. A-L-Y-A-N-Y-A? Perfect. That's awesome. No one ever gets it right. I got you. Do you need water or anything? No, I'm just a Johnson. I'm just f***ing done. Are you sure you don't want water? I mean, I couldn't buy food. I'm just f***ing done. All right, what do you go by? Allie or Allie? Allie. Allie. Allie? Okay. All right. Obviously, there is a bit of a situation here. Okay. I'm just f***ing done. So, what was going on tonight? Uh, tonight, nothing. Him and his dad. Well, no, with you. So, nothing. We were fine. We were literally just dragging around door-assing. Who was? Me and... I think his name is Simran Sheet. Okay. And how do you know him? Oh, so when, uh, me and Josiah were together, uh... He was one of our friends. And he was just... He'd come around every now and then, hang out with us, whatever, but I was exhausted.
So, I was like, you know, you can hang out with us tonight, whatever was going on. So, where... How did you end up in the car? Excuse me. Oh, no. One of our friends... I don't know who it was exactly. It was one of, uh... Um... Either Mariah or Zach, one of the two. They were like... Did you guys get to come over? We're going to have like a card game. We're going to, like, chill. So, we, like, chilled over there for a little bit. And then his grandparents and care that we were, like, drinking. So, his grandparents were like, okay, as long as you all stay over for the night, we're fine. We were all... We all stayed over for the night... Last night? Yeah. Okay. And then, where does this friend live? Uh... He's like... I think he was at Sammy's house to be honest. Okay.
Not Sammy's house, but Mariah's. Okay. And that's why we were going to go back there. Do you know where he is right now? Good question. There's somewhere in Uni Grove? Who is your friend? Yeah. It's Uni Grove. So, her... G.J. Oh, uh... Just saw it. And a bunch of them are just, like, chilling in your Grove. And they have your... Yep. Okay. I don't have an issue with it, because they've never been, like, you're responsible with them. If that makes sense, they've never, like, driven. Yeah. They've never, like... Okay. When... When you were at whoever's place it was, did you have your... So, with you? No. So, when was the last time that you had... I... What's your... Overg in Josiah, so that he could bring... They came over to him. And so... And so... What was that? Friday or Saturday night? Okay. Do you know what today is? I...
I think it's Tuesday. Okay. So, Friday or Saturday was... Yeah. But me and him are not able to talk to each other, so I bring him with his new girlfriend. Okay. And I brought him off without his girlfriend. Okay. So, is Josiah now? No, he's with my mom. Okay. So, how did he get from Josiah's mom's? Me and Mariah talked to him for a little bit. We were hanging out with... We've been talking around on the playground since it's been really nice outside. Then, this night... Like, tonight we were gonna go back home, but I was really hoping that I was just able to stay at their house or whatever. Okay. I was not trying at all. When did you start drinking? Like, roughly. Probably about like... Three. We were just chilling at their house. 3pm today? Yeah. She used to...
One of my friends in Pisaio is her boyfriend, her ex-boyfriend. And... And his dad. And his dad. Okay. So, you know her through... So, you know her through... Okay. So, you met her through... Her ex. Yep. Okay. And how long have you known her approximately? About a year. A year? Okay. Okay. So, how did you come in contact with her today? Like, walk me through. Like, I knew you was at work and... Where do you work? I worked at that party in a group. Oh. Okay. Yes. Like, I was at work and she called me and cried and said that she was going through some stuff and she was saying that she needed a ride back to her house and then I went to Brookfield and I picked her up and then I drove her. And then I stopped at that park like you said. And that park like... I didn't want to like... Do anything but the same time, I was sure to calm her down because I was kind of worried about it. I felt bad the fact that the way she was acting and the way she was crying. Yeah.
I was just trying to do everything I can to calm her down. Okay. And afterwards, my mom was calling my mom multiple times so I told her I'm like, I can't stay here as long as I'm going to have to go. That's when I start driving away from the park and then right after that I got pulled over. Okay. And she was in the back seat with her son the whole time. She was not even in the front at all. So, when you picked her up... Yep. And where did you pick her up from? Somewhere in Brookfield. Was it like a house? Oh, it was a house. Like a business? No, it was a house. A house? You don't know who was house and what? She said it was one of her friends' house. I don't really know what they could use. I didn't ask. Yeah, no, I understand that. You want to be too nosy. Fair enough. Fair enough. Okay. And when you picked her up... How did she seem? Like besides, upset. She just seemed upset. Besides, I hadn't really... Did she seem drunk? No, it went the second bullet, but I started driving away. I realized, from her voice, that she was in the back seat.
Were you with Sydney? So, him and I have been friends for a really, really long time. So, did he pick... Where did he pick you up? He picked me up from the 24 hour lot. Him and I hang out at the 24 hour lot. Which 24 hour lot? In which city? It's this one. The one that's right by the... What city are we in? Uni Grove. Right now? Yes. Okay. We're in... At least I think it is Uni Grove. They live in Uni Grove and they use the city as their safe haven. What I thought? Because a lot of cops come here. It's weird, but it's just like the truth. Like, no cops, no nothing. Nobody comes here. So, they use... Sorry, I'm cold. That's okay. I know it's cold in here. It's not just you, don't worry. Um, the cops and the people... They, like, team up against whatever. So, say you go, like, in and you're getting questioned.
They're like, oh, so wait. You've got a question about this. Are you stupid with them? You're like, no, no, no, no, no, no. They just, like, can run off. And they just do whatever they're going to do. And you can't do anything about it because they're just running. That's where I'm at with them. That makes sense. I get that. Like, I'm just trying to make my... Yeah. You know his dad. That's literally all I am. Okay. I'm, like, not trying to be a dick with, like, any sort of, like, going through a sort of, like, human being. I've gone through all that I need to go through. I still, today, actually, I need to call my involuntary probation officer and go through a season... What's that for? Just trying to tell me the... Or, not tell me, but tell all of our friends that I tried to let us house on fire. Even though he was the one that... Rujo Zaya? Yeah. Okay. He lit the house on fire and then cost me a lot of damage.
And now I'm going through, like, the damage patrol. Makes sense. Trying to get over it, get out of it, get done with it. I'm not trying to be a family. I'm not trying to be with this girl. I'm not... Well, that's smart. Genuinely, I'm just trying to leave. I'm not trying to be in your G even anymore. Okay. I don't even know how I go here. Genuinely, are we? First of all, do you know... Okay. Do you know why you're here? Probably more so because of Intox. What's it called? So do you understand you're under arrest and everything? Yes, I'm not. Okay. I understand them under arrest, but at the same time I understand, like, not at the point, because do you understand what you're under arrest for? Yes. Why? I am under arrest because I decided to have an open Intox in my car.
Well, Sydney was in there, and he opened a car, or he opened a, whatever, and that. Brought a can open into my car, and that brought us here. Okay. So, a couple of things. All right. We're not in the new road. And we're in, like, Franklin, something like that. We're in New Berlin. Okay. The reason I pulled you guys over is because in the car with you. Mm-hmm. Okay. It was hanging out of the back passenger window, and most completely out of the car. Going down. He does it. He refuses to put on his seatbelt, and when I pull it off, he'll click it out, and he'll run out. Okay. So. Simmy ran a red light with, he, yes, he did. No, he didn't. No, he didn't. With the, with Elliott hanging out in the window. Okay. Do you understand why that's dangerous? Yes. And I do. And I yelled at him out.
Okay. So, you and Elliott were both in the back seat, flopping around, not restrained by any means. Okay. Your kid could have easily been injured or killed. I know, I know. Okay. I promise you. You are highly intoxicated. Yeah. Okay. Not highly. Not highly. You're highly. Yeah. While we were speaking with you, you was hit. Okay. You've back handed him across the face. Yes. Do you remember doing that? I do. Because he's been very, I, I really wish I was like not doing that. But he's been very, um, he'll unlock the door and walk out the door. Okay. He's definitely been recently very, I don't know how to contain him. I don't know what to say. He's 18 months, 19 months. Okay. He's impossible to contain at this point. Okay.
He's been opening the door, unlocking the, whatever we lock it. He'll go up and he'll unlock it the door and then he'll like, lock in. Okay. The last time that he had food or water. Oh, completely like literally today. Yes. But what time? Like this morning? This afternoon? No, it was during lunch time. He drinks, so I give him lunch in the morning, so I was afternoon. Okay. So where was he when you... When we were at the, actually like the house. Like me and my dad were both there. Is like me and my dad are always there whenever I'm home. Okay. So here's the deal. The reason that you were arrested is because of... Get today, okay. So you're under arrest for... Abuse and neglect. The alcohol and the car. Was she drinking that while she was in your car? I did not see the bottle when I picked her up, but I didn't notice the after...
Which you started driving. She had a bottle on it. I think it was an absolute out... Not sure. Okay. So the clear, the clear liquor bottle. Okay. Okay. Exactly. Okay. So you didn't see her drinking that in your car at all? She just had a drink. No, she... I noticed her having a bottle later on. Yes. Yes. Correct. And I literally started a bottle and... I didn't start drinking. But she was holding it. But she had that in her hand. Okay. What did you say when you noticed that? I said, do not do anything stupid. And I told her that we'd want to think you home anyway. Okay. You can go home safe. And you can do whatever you want to do at your house. Okay. So how did you guys end up at the parking right? No, I stopped at the parking. She was crying. And I just stopped at the parking. So I can communicate with her and try to calm her down. That's it. Okay. Okay. And how did that go? It did not work at all. Okay. She still was not aware of she was like... Or...
Like, she was crying. She was screaming. Like, I tried so much to calm her down at the same time. Yeah. I probably do so much. Okay. Yeah. Did she say, like, why is she was upset or anything? No. No. Okay. And... Yes. And I was in the back seat and I was talking to her at the park. And I was telling her to stay calm. Okay. And I... We used to stay calm too. Yeah. And I put the back in the seat and then I told her to like, you can just stay in the back with your son. Okay. That's where I loved her. Okay. And so earlier you said, well, obviously when I stopped you, you know, you had your shirt off and your pants were kind of sagging a little bit. And then you said earlier when I asked you about that you guys were making out in the back. Okay. We did kiss, but we didn't really do anything special. We did kiss it. It wasn't like I was trying to be just like, it just happened. And even at that point, I was just trying to do whatever it takes to calm her down.
If me making out with her calm her down, I was willing to do that because I was really like worried about her safety. Yeah. And she had her son with her again. Okay. So when you guys were making out or kissing, however you want to phrase it, was that when you were in the back seat? Yeah. Okay. That's when I was... Thank you. Okay. Sorry. I guess that's a lot of different things going on that we're trying to figure out. Okay. And then your shirt came off. Did you take your shirt off? Did she take your shirt off? Yeah. I took my shirt off before I even went to pick her off. Okay. I took my shirt off myself and I would just drag her to the shirt and I picked her off. Okay. And then I went to the park. Okay. Is that normal for you? Yeah. It's really pretty normal because of my friend's not there. I usually go out with my shirt off. Okay. Okay. Her behavior tonight, is this normal behavior? Is this behavior that you've seen before?
I heard her. Her body was like kind of like... Like, totally like she was like really like trying to do something like saying that she's dying of hope. Tonight? Okay. Okay. Okay. How was her? Well, she kept just like every time we cried. She would just start hearing her dash and I would tell her then why do you make meeting you all self-friendly? This was when she was in the back seat? Yeah. No. In the back seat, yeah. She started like punching stuff. Okay. I told her it was finally. Okay. Okay. If she cries a little baby, she cries. It's okay. Don't let that... They don't care. Okay. So, that's why you're here today. Okay. Oh. Is she home back yet? No. No. No. Damn. So, I was like, I'm really hoping because I got to get not even home. I just got to get my parents like, I got to let them know what's going on. We called your mom. Okay. Oh. She's going to fucking beat me. I really hope you know. That's... There's a situation going on.
She's going to literally hit me. Okay. So, we called your mom. Okay. We have to tell somebody because right now... Okay. He's with one of our officers. Okay. He's not fucking... It's not my mom. It's like... She genuinely... She's not great. My little brother yells at... I cannot do that. I cannot go home with her right now. Well, you're not. So, you don't have to worry about that yet. Okay. But, somebody... Okay. Because we don't want him going with a social worker. We want him going with a family member, right? Yeah. I'm going to be able to go home tonight. Like, if my mom does come to your line, I'm not going to be able to. No. Am I going to have to wait until a social worker finds me tonight? Well, that's what we're waiting for. She has to call us back and she's going to chat with you, okay? I'm really hoping. No. Because I cannot leave it for in the morning. Last time I left here at 4 in the morning, there was this weird... That's cracking that brought me into this house. And I was stuck there for an hour before I was able to go home. I cannot do that again.
I genuinely cannot deal with racing. Well, we're not in racing. I thought we were. Oh, I just told you we're in New Berlin. In New Berlin, in recent, it's kind of the same at that point. Because last time I was here, that's where I went to Berlin. And they don't... Okay. Do you want more water? No, I'm just more so scared from my kid. Because my mom, she's been trying to get him from me this entire time. And the one time that I go, hey, water, she's like, yep, okay. Perfect. This is the one time that we're going to just say, let's see. No, we have to get in contact with some family member. You're following my mom. I don't really care. I just need to go home. I can't... I don't want to go home tonight. I don't want to stay here for a while. Or what's going on? Because I... You're not going home tonight, okay? Once we speak with the social worker, okay? We're transporting you out to Waksha County jail.
You'll be booked in, and then you'll see a judge tomorrow morning. Waksha County? That's... Waksha County is the worst fucking jail ever. You have to be real with me with that. Like, even the only reason that I went to Chicago, the only reason was because people told me that they don't take white girls very kindly and white girls. And... or someone. I cannot do that. I cannot. Do you know what I was like when you get home? I don't know. It's up to what the judge says in the morning. I genuinely... I'm already on bond. I'm not... I'm on a 25,000-sixth in triathlon because... I decided my ex-boyfriend... Hey. You told us the last time you met him was lunch. Your time was screaming uncontrollably until one of our officers went bottom food. I had an each month... Which I'm sure is... Which I'm sure is...
Late by hands after. I'm saying, I eat lunch with him all the time. I'm saying, like, I've definitely every single hour eaten food with him. It's just a problem. He definitely is always hungry. You cannot, like... That's normal. You've been rowing. Yeah. You've eaten in eight hours. Not eight hours. He's definitely eaten within like five hours. Not even. It's not possible because we've been with you for almost that amount of time. He eaten until we fed him. Me and Simea, we went to... Not Panda Express, but... One of the spots, and we got him food. We got him crab bread goons or something else. So you're telling me that you fed your year and a half old crab bread goons for lunch? My parents have given him the same thing. I just tried to give him whatever would make him... If food... Like hungry. Like, if he's hungry, he needs food. Not... Regunes, but, like, he ate, like, the entirety of it.
Meal. Like, he had... Not just the Regunes, he had the... In the end, Simea ate... He had... Some sort of... I think he's right here. I could put it on the speaker for you. Please. Okay, one second. Hi. Hi. Hi. Hi. Hi. Hi. Hi. Hi. Hi. Hi. Hi. Hi. Hi. Hi. Hi. Hi. We're willing to... We have to take... We have to take physical custody of the child because the parent is unable... Right now? I was like, I'm not even the only parent. His dad is completely able to take care of him. His dad has definitely contacted me, even though he's not supposed to.
And he can take care of the kid... Without me being a hold him. And I'm okay with that. I don't even care at that point. Like, his dad can take him. I'm not... The state is not going to take my kid. That's all I can say. I was in a state custody. I'm not doing that. They were a piece of shit to me. All right. Listen to what she has to say. Go ahead. Um... So, you know, we're willing to take custody and place the baby with grandma. Mm-hmm. Is grandma here? She's on her way. Can I get out? With grandma? Listen. Um... That's all it has. That's why CPS gave him my kid. It's because I was able to get with grandma. Let's do my hands up. I can... I will place the kid with grandma only under the condition that mom does not go back to grandma's house. I have to. I have no...
She's not going back to grandma's house tonight. I don't know about tomorrow. I'm jailed and I'm fucking dying. That's literally it. I cannot go home. I can't go to anybody's house. I don't have anywhere to go other than their house. That's why CPS placed the kid with me because Josiah was a piece of shit. He was an asshole. And I was able to show them that I was better than he was. Okay. Okay. So, if she's released tomorrow, then she's not allowed to go back to grandma's house. No. I'm too far to notice from her department. Okay. That would be like a... Do I do it? Do I do it? It takes the court and then at that point, they would just come in. Because they'll have more time to come in. Don't worry, Josiah. What do I do? If I say go home, please listen to what she's telling you. Okay. You need to listen. It's like working alone. What can I do? My mom's not going to just let me go. You don't have to listen to where your kid is going to be. She's going to be a cremicello.
That's what she said. But like, I can't just go home. She said that. So, the court will be on Friday. Yeah. And so her notice from our department, you will not be able to go home. Perfect. Let's say during court, you get assigned a worker from our department. So I think he'll myself right? They can't. More assessment of you and your situation. And then they can probably come up with a plan for you guys. Move forward. We need you to be separated from the baby at this time. I fucking do it. No, this is exactly why she separated me from my kid in the first place. This is not. No, I'm saying my mom did that in the first place. Okay. Is there any other information that she needs to know where that you need from us? Right now. She needs to read her. All right. Okay. Go ahead. Listen to what she has to say.
We're in a rich. Okay. If a position has not been filed and we've got a very reasonable and a rotation to the court, the child is alleged to be in need of protection. Under 48, 13 points. Okay. He's with his dad. Shh. Listen to what she's saying. Please. I don't know if she's supposed to be here. You have to. Oh. The. You have to worry too. I think you have to repeat the request. Maybe for the end of the ple hearing and a lot. Otherwise, civil. And possible places. Sorry. Let's listen. In a comedy if a parent desires to be representative on a tiny The pair may be required to reimburse the state or the government in turn.
